Policies

These policies are designed to ensure every client enjoys a smooth, relaxing, and timely appointment. By booking with APEX Ari, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

Lateness

Clients arriving 15+ minutes late will have to reschedule their service. This ensures all other appointments remain on time.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. Deposits will transfer to the new appointment time.

Refunds

ALL services and retail sales are final. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact me within 72 hours so I can evaluate the concern and, if appropriate, schedule a complimentary adjustment.

Foreign Work

Please arrive with bare nails whenever possible. While I am happy to work over existing nail enhancements when appropriate, some products or applications may require complete removal before your service. If you currently have product on your nails, please book the appropriate removal ADD-ON when scheduling.

*Please note that any services requiring excessive shaping, removal, or last minute design changes may incur additional fees.

Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your service total.

Additional Guests

To maintain a relaxing experience and limited studio space, please do not bring additional guests, pets, or children.

No- Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment or cancel the same day of their appointment WILL forfeit their deposit.

Nail Art Tier Pricing

When booking nail art, you must select Nail Art as an add-on during booking. Final pricing will vary depending on Tier Levels 1-3.

  • Tier 1: Simple Art +$10

  • Tier 2: Moderate Art +$15

  • Tier 3: Detailed Art +$25

Inspiration photos are welcome and should be sent PRIOR to your appointment.

[Press-Ons] Sizing Kits

If you’ve never ordered from APEX Ari before, a sizing kit is the most accurate way to determine your nail sizes. Once your meaurements have been submitted and saved to your client profile, you can place future custom orders without purchasing another sizing kit unless your nail sizes change. The sizing process typically takes 5-10 minutes. If you have any questions, I’m always happy to help.
